Also known as Greater Shepparton Regional Sports Precinct. A major Council community infrastructure project and CPTED assessments were undertaken with a series of separate zones, given the size of the precinct. It included spine roads, car parks and drop off areas, community club storage areas, perimeter and specific sport zones including soccer, hockey, netball and athletics.
