Multi-purpose stadium, including 5 basketball size courts, function space and café. CPTED assessment from master plan and site visits (including integration and safety issues as stadium is in a recreation reserve with other sporting facilities including tennis courts). Assessment was also provided to community members to support Council/community engagement given some community concern at loss of natural views of reserve and open space.
