Assessment of proposed skate park located adjacent to primary school In Mount Martha, next to existing neighbourhood playground. CPTED assessment used concept design and site visits. The design also incorporated basketball hoop and markings, retention of existing other play features, scooter path and parkour area with climbable objects.
